A: CallLibrary is a book rental library. Rent a book without going to a bookstore or a library and get them delivered to your door. You can choose from thousands of fiction and non fiction books. It's like a library, only more convenient. You can browse books online, pick the ones you like and we send them to you. You can rent the books for as long as you like-No due date, no late fine and absolute free delivery to your door. Our mission is to make reading an easier, enjoyable experience for book lovers.

A:No, we do not keep eBooks. We send real books at your door, the kind that you see in a book store or a library.

A: In our library We have massive collection of paperback books, spread across Management & Business, Children, Fiction, Sports, Films, Health, Religion, History & Current Affair, Biographies, Self-Help and Other Non Fiction.

A: Here's what you do-
• Register with CallLibrary.com to create your account.
• Browse/search books you would like to read, and add them to your Queue. It is recommended that you keep at least 10 books in your Queue.
• We will contact you to arrange for payment pickup (cash or cheque) at the time of the delivery of first set of books.
• Your first set of books will be delivered to the Shipping address that you give us when you register.
• Once you are done with the first set of books, go to www.calllibrary.com and navigate to "My Account" tab and click on Queue. Check the checkbox of the book that you ready to read next and click on “Issue” button
• We will send you your next set of books within maximum 2 business days and bring back the ones you are done with.

A: Currently CallLibrary book rental service is available in Ahmedabad region in India. We cover the towns of Ahmedabad.

A: Our goal is to keep the available plans simple so our customers have clarity on what they are getting. At the same time, we offer a variety of plans to cater to your reading habits and budget. For a list of available plans, please visit the Price and Plan page.

A: Queue is the list of books that you would like to read next. Books in the Queue are given check boxes. Check the check boxes of the books that you would like to read next and press “Issue” Button and then we will send the books within maximum 2 business days.

A: In Queue you will see a list of your interested books, along with check box options and even remove a book from the Queue.
• To add a book to your Queue, browse/search a book and click on "Add to Q" button.
• To Issuing a book, check a check box of the book and press "Request" Button.
• To remove a book, click the check box of the book and press "Delete" Button.

A: When you register with CallLibrary and adding the books in your Queue, a delivery request is generated for you automatically. Don't forget to add books to your Queue! We will get in touch with you to arrange for the first set of books to be delivered and for the cash/cheque to be picked up from you.

A: Once you are done with the first set of books, go to www.calllibrary.com and navigate to "My Account" tab and click on "Queue". Queue will display all your interested books. Now check the check box of the book that you would like to read next and press "Request" Button.

A: You can keep the books for as long as you want. There are no due dates or late fee.

A: You can pay by cash or cheque. We will arrange for payment pickup at the time of delivery of books. So no need to use Net Banking / credit card or debit card for payment. For more information please visit Payment method page.

A: Books will be delivered to you at the Shipping address that you give us when you register.

A: After you register with CallLibrary, we will give you a welcome call within 4 Hour to confirm your membership details, and also answer any questions you may have. If we are able to confirm your membership before 3 PM on a working day, we will hand over the books to our logistics partner on the same day. Otherwise the books are sent out the next working day. After receiving the books, our logistics partner takes 1 working day to deliver the books to you.

Similarly, when you click on "Pickup", and your delivery request is received before 3 PM on a working day, we will hand over the books to our logistics partner on the same day. Otherwise the books are sent out the next working day. After receiving the books, our logistics partner takes 1 working day to deliver the books to you.

If you have already read all the books allowed per month as per your plan, then your books will be sent out at the beginning of your next subscription month.

A: Delivery and pickup of books is free.

A: Books will be delivered and picked-up by CallLibrary delivery agents, or our logistics partner.
