In today’s world, when people want a healthy lifestyle but are living a fast-paced life, this book is ideal to make use of. After in-depth research, the author has brought together an array of dishes for the main-course, starter and even desserts. Kapoor states that this zero-oil cooking method is to cook without visible fat. This means that the ingredient used, like vegetables, cottage cheese, pulses etc, do have some amount of fat in them. However, this invisible fat is required by the body and it is important to consume them in order to stay healthy. Some recipes are Vegetable Shammi Kebab, Matter Paneer, Tabbouleh Stuffed Tomatoes, Moroccan Mint Tea, Caldo Verde, Saunfla Tikka, Chhanar Payesh, Thai Green Curry, Dal aur Gajar Shorba and Capsicum soup with Lemon.

The book also contains coloured photographs of the dishes. The Chef says that through this book he hopes to restore wellness in the kitchen and lives of his readers. As per his advice, these dishes shouldn’t be made in every meal of the day. Instead some dishes should be prepared in some meals to help maintain optimum health.

Sanjeev Kapoor is an Indian chef, author, entrepreneur, TV show host, restaurant consultant and co-owner of the television channel FoodFood.
