The colorful story of a monkey named Ramah and his adventure as a Manager in search of a better workplace. His journey takes him to the manager of an organization where monkeys at all ranks, love their job and get real fulfillment at work. Later at the Gorilla Barbershop he discovers the power of his environment and how it influences his behavior and the behavior of others around him. But the test of his strength comes in the final part of his journey, a journey that allows him to turn the tables and cultivate his own environment of productivity and fulfillment.
